EPISODE 80

How Can Feeling ALL Your Emotions Lead to True Success?
with Tracy Litt

What if the key to unlocking your full potential lies in embracing your emotions and authenticity?

I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with the incredible Tracy Litt, this week. If you haven’t heard of Tracy, she’s a powerhouse—a bestselling author, a spiritual teacher, and a master of emotional healing. We dove deep into a topic that’s close to both our hearts: the importance of evolving our identities and embracing our emotions to create holistic success.

Now, let’s talk about identity for a minute. Tracy made it clear that who we think we are—our identity—has been shaped by years of conditioning. And, babe, let me tell you, not all of it is good! We’ve been told what to value, how to act, and what’s “acceptable.” But so much of that is just noise. Tracy and I agree that it’s high time we break free from these old, unworthy identities that keep us stuck.

We’ve all been there, right? That moment when you feel like you’re fighting against yourself, pushing through because you’ve been told that resilience is the key. But here’s the thing: Tracy lit up the conversation (pun intended) when she pointed out the dark side of resilience. Constantly pushing through, suppressing our feelings, and wearing exhaustion as a badge of honor? It’s a fast track to burnout. Instead, Tracy advocates for ease, pleasure, and support. Yes, honey, you heard that right—success can be fun!

Imagine living in a world where you prioritize joy, where feeling good isn’t just an afterthought but the whole point. Tracy explains that when we make space for ease and pleasure, we create a higher vibration, one that attracts more of what we want. Our old patterns, those ancestral and societal behaviors that have been passed down, are like chains holding us back. It’s up to us to break free and create a new paradigm, one that allows us to feel truly alive.

"Authenticity is the highest measurable frequency on the emotional vibrational scale." - Tracy Litt

One of the most transformative parts of our conversation was the idea that our emotions are not something to be feared or suppressed. Think about it: How many times have you held back your tears because you didn’t want to seem weak? How often have you bottled up your anger because “good girls don’t get mad”? Tracy and I got real about the cost of suppressing our emotions. Spoiler alert: It’s high. Suppression isn’t just unhealthy; it keeps us from experiencing the full range of our humanity.

Tracy introduced the concept of the “drip process,” which I found absolutely fascinating. This process is all about how our ancestors’ behaviors, beliefs, and unhealed traumas get passed down through generations, dripping into our own lives without us even realizing it. The good news? We have the power to stop the drip! By feeling our emotions, by getting real with ourselves, we can break free from these old patterns and step into a new way of being. We can choose authenticity over conditioning and live in alignment with our true selves.

At the heart of this conversation is the belief that we have unlimited potential. Tracy’s program, Conduit, is all about tapping into that potential and becoming conscious leaders. Whether you’re a mama, a boss babe, or just someone trying to navigate this wild ride called life, Conduit is designed to help you step into your power. It’s about creating a life that feels good, that’s in alignment with who you truly are—not who the world has told you to be. I’ll leave her deets below so you can connect with her!

It’s time to feel all the feels, embrace our emotions, and step into a life of holistic success. Let’s break those chains, honey, and live a life that’s authentically ours.
