EPISODE 3

My mission and intention of today is to share the real life shit-show that is my life.

I’m sharing moments that have previously happened to me or are currently happening to me, so you know I’m keeping it all the way 100 with you.

Some examples to highlight:

  • The fact that my kid is never NOT in jammies on the weekend, including when we are having Target runs. Snow boots and all.

  • The way that I have gotten tipsy with my college kid in his dorm with his friends.

  • The moments of losing my shit, feeling shame, and trying to repair it after.

  • The way that I have been overstimulated and have lashed out at the random cashier, my kids, or my husband.

as a mother, you can get triggered.

It doesn't mean you don't like your kids. It doesn't mean you don't love your kids. It doesn't mean you're not attuning to your kids. It doesn't mean that you're doing it wrong. You're a human being.

Take care of yourselves and therefore each other!
